Higher Ground monitors computer networks for churches across the nation from our Collierville, TN Network Operations Center. This monitoring is essentially done in two ways:
1. By remotely running software monitoring programs online to periodically test certain indicators of potential network problems.
2. By Higher Ground engineers remotely connecting to your network to visually inspect the system - event logs, backup status, disk space used, user quotas, etc.
Our engineers are also on call to address computer network problems via telephone. They can either talk the client through the problem solution, or connect to the client’s network to observe the problem and take control of the resolution process.
